Is it worth the money?

Consider what you've already spent on gym memberships, programs, and supplements that didn't deliver. Andrew's programs are priced to reflect real, expert-led personal training. The question isn't whether it's worth it. It's whether another year without results is worth it.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Andrew has successfully transformed 400+ clients across all fitness levels, body types, ages, and starting points. Every program is built specifically around you — not a template. If you follow the program and engage with the support available, results follow. Andrew is personally invested in making sure of that.

I've tried programs before and quit. How is this different?

Most programs fail because they're built for nobody in particular. G&A Transformation programs are built for you — your goals, your schedule, your food preferences. Add in direct access to Andrew via WhatsApp, weekly check-ins, and a community of people on the same journey, and you have accountability that generic programs simply can't offer.

Will the nutrition have foods I like?

Yes, you will receive a form to fill out before commencing with your plan to tick off what foods you do and don’t like. We may ask you to try some certain foods, but the plan can be amended at any time

Can I do the exercises at home ?

Some of them yes, but this is a gym based workout. To really hit the glutes and the whole body properly, unfortunately you need to use certain machines most home gym don’t have.

Can I do more than the number of sessions specified each week ?

Yes, but it’s not necessary, the nutrition plan will be built around your exercise regime, so it’s important you give as much information as possible when filling in the form

Will i need to take supplements?

Yes, we recommend certain supplements not just to help you get in shape, but for health benefits as well

Will the exercise tell me what weights to lift?

No, it’s impossible to know how strong you are, our advice is to start light in week 1, get your form correct first then start building the weight up sensibly and gradually
